1. Overview
TK-IOLI01 is a single-slot I/O Link interface module for Honeywell C200 DCS controllers, used to expand remote distributed PMIO I/O racks via proprietary I/O Link bus. It acts as a communication gateway to transmit AI/AO/DI/DO signals between the main controller and field I/O modules. Each module supports multiple remote I/O racks, with full galvanic isolation for all signal channels to resist industrial electromagnetic interference. Equipped with multi-color LED indicators for power, link running, communication fault and channel alarm, supporting online hot-swap maintenance without rack power failure. Widely applied in power, petrochemical, water treatment C200 system distributed I/O expansion reconstruction.
